For the first time, after 17 vintages, we have identified a single barrel of Garage de Papa Blanc, the finest and most distinctive of them all, and separated it from the rest. This wine is a single barrel from a single Chardonnay vineyard the Upper Galilee: concentrated, powerful, rich, yet so remarkably elegant.

Winemaking: Fermented in a one-year-old Burgundy barrel. Aged sur lie (on its lees) for 10 months. The wine did not undergo alolactic
fermentation in order to preserve its naturally high acidity.
Tasting Notes: A Chardonnay that is both rich and elegant, showing aromas of peach, citrus blossom, and a hint of sea breeze. The wine has a naturally high and well-balanced acidity, leading to a long finish with notes and flavors of nuts and delicately toasted oak. It will age beautifully over the next 10–15 years.

Deliveries are made for orders of full boxes only.
You can purchase "mix" boxes of your choice.
We reach most parts of the country and strive to reach you as quickly as possible.
For now, large formats ("magnum") and gift boxes cannot be shipped, they can be purchased and collected from the winery.
Deliveries in the central region, Haifa, Beersheba and Jerusalem - up to 5 business days. Golan Heights, Galilee - up to 14 business days. Self-collection from the winery is free of charge.
Returns and exchanges
The company operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law with regard to the cancellation of a distance selling transaction, the return of products and the cancellation of ordered services.
Buyers can cancel the transaction and return products provided that the products are returned intact, undamaged and closed in their original wrapping or packaging.
Buyers may return any product purchased from the site by emailing contact@lewinsohnwinery.com within 14 days of receiving the products and receive a cash credit for them.
Buyers must return the products to us at their own expense and with the transaction invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by email. After the product is returned, buyers will be credited.
