Delicate and aromatic, Garage de Papa Rosa is a wine that represents style, soil, and vintage year.
After a cold and rainy winter, the spring was cool and followed by a relatively mild summer. Ripening progressed gradually, and the grapes were harvested relatively early and were particularly aromatic.

Soil: Judean slopes. Alluvial clay soil with limestone deposits.
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging of approximately 80% of the wine in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 20% in 500 liter Burgundy barrels of various ages. Aging "on the yeast" for 4 months. Garage de Papa Rosa does not undergo malolactic fermentation in order to preserve its natural acidity and freshness.
Tasting notes: A delicate and elegant rosé with aromas of strawberries, flowers and minerals. The wine has high and well-balanced natural acidity leading to a long finish with berry flavors and a delicate touch of vanilla.

Deliveries are made for orders of full boxes only.
You can purchase "mix" boxes of your choice.
We reach most parts of the country and strive to reach you as quickly as possible.
For now, large formats ("magnum") and gift boxes cannot be shipped, they can be purchased and collected from the winery.
Deliveries in the central region, Haifa, Beersheba and Jerusalem - up to 5 business days. Golan Heights, Galilee - up to 14 business days. Self-collection from the winery is free of charge.
Returns and exchanges
The company operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law with regard to the cancellation of a distance selling transaction, the return of products and the cancellation of ordered services.
Buyers can cancel the transaction and return products provided that the products are returned intact, undamaged and closed in their original wrapping or packaging.
Buyers may return any product purchased from the site by emailing contact@lewinsohnwinery.com within 14 days of receiving the products and receive a cash credit for them.
Buyers must return the products to us at their own expense and with the transaction invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by email. After the product is returned, buyers will be credited.
