They didn't know any other way: the grapes were fermented with the stalks, because it was impossible to separate them. Today, most winemakers separate the grapes before fermentation, but a number of winemakers, especially in the Rhone Valley and Burgundy, prefer their own method - the "Vendange entiere" classic work. These are more elegant, classic, fresh and unique wines. "Levinson" is the first Israeli winery to release a limited edition of wine made entirely from whole clusters. Buyers can cancel the transaction and return products, provided that the products are returned intact, undamaged and closed in their original wrapping or packaging.
Buyers may return any product purchased from the website by emailing contact@lewinsohnwinery.com up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the products and receive a monetary credit for them.
Buyers must return the products to us at their own expense and together with the transaction invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by e-mail. After returning the product, the buyers will be credited.
